Expect periodic product shortages and delivery delays. While we are still processing orders on our usual schedule, shipping times have increased. Based on our experience, USPS Priority and First Class shipping times can be doubled or tripled from the automatically generated estimated delivery dates. Please plan accordingly.

Because we have customers, whose shipping needs are vastly different from one another, we have created separate shipping policies for each group.  The differences are due primarily to the very unique conditions (such as average package weight and fulfillment schedules) that apply to retail vs. wholesale orders and are not intended in any way to favor one group over the other.  Please make sure that you read the policies that apply to you!

Shipping Providers

It is important to us to provide our customers with delivery methods that are economical, reliable, and efficient.  To that end, Original Moxie offers our retail customers United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority, & First Class Shipping.  You may also select FedEx Ground if you prefer. In-Store Pick Up is available for local customers. Which method is available to you will depend on your shipping address and the weight of your package.  All methods include tracking so that we can ensure that your package arrives intact and on time.

USPS has many advantages, not the least of which is its strong commitment to green practices.   With our biodegradable and recycled-content packing materials, you can rest assured knowing that your order is being shipped to you in a manner that is sustainable and environmentally friendly - just like our products.

Free Shipping

THIS DISCOUNT IS NOT AVAILABLE DURING SPECIAL PROMOTIONS SUCH AS OUR ANNUAL SALES.  The rest of the time, we are happy to offer free shipping on all domestic retail orders of $75 and up!  (Please note that this promotion is not available for international shipments due to the much higher cost of shipping those orders).  For qualifying orders, the Free Shipping option will appear as one of the available Shipping Methods. If you choose the free shipping option, the shipping method selected will be at the discretion of our Order Fulfillment team. Tracking information will be provided to you via email regardless of which method is selected.
 

In-Store Pick Up

For customers convenient to our store in Manchester, United Kingdom, we are currently offering In-Store Pickup as a shipping option.   It is very important that you wait for an email notification that your order is 'Awaiting Pickup' before attempting to claim your package.   Once your order is marked 'Awaiting Pickup,' you can claim it during our regular store hours, which may vary seasonally and will be listed in your email notification.  The pickup location is will be provided in the confirmation email, and free parking is available. 
 

Shipping Schedule

We ship our retail orders out on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, with the exclusion of national holidays.  Orders received over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.  Though we will always pack and prepare retail orders for shipment within two business days, the speed of delivery will depend on your distance from our headquarters in Ypsilanti, MI, and the Shipping Provider and Method that you select. 

Domestic USPS Priority Mail packages generally arrive at their destination within 3 days and include tracking information so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery.  Please note that this is only a service standard - delivery dates are NOT guaranteed with Priority Mail and may, in some cases take up to 5 days.  

USPS First Class is slightly slower than Priority Mail, taking between 2-8 days from the date of shipment to arrive at their destination.  As with Priority Mail, this is a an estimated delivery time and is not backed by a guarantee to arrive by a certain date.
 

U.S. Territories, Alaska & Hawaii

Yes we can!  Priority mail is actually a very economical option for shipping to these locations.  In general, delivery will take approximately 3 Days and will be comparable to Zone 8 (California) shipping rates.
 

International Shipping

Original Moxie is pleased to ship worldwide through our partner, GlobalShopex.com. Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. The global checkout page will allow you to see the cost of shipping and duties and taxes upfront. You may prepay duties and taxes when you check out or pay upon delivery. If you prepay, there will be no additional funds collected upon delivery. GlobalShopex handles the international checkout and shipping and will process your payment and guarantee delivery. International Shipping

If packages are lost or damaged in transit and are NOT marked as ‘Delivered’, we can place a claim on your behalf with the carrier. We ask that any claims be made within one week of the expected delivery date. Replacement products will be shipped to you after the carrier has investigated the claim, which can take between one and two weeks.

Shipping Policy

1. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days from
the delivery date, you must contact After Dark Customer Service to determine the best course
of action. Spracht will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities,
such as distributors or retail partners. Defective units are covered under after dark one-year
limited warranty policy will be replaced at Spracht’s cost. See “Returning Products
Under Warranty,” below, for information on warranty returns.

 

2. A copy of the After Dark Invoice receipt, and a copy of the original
After Dark recipt may be requested prior to After Dark Customer Service issuing a Return
Authorization.

 

3. Unit must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with all original
accessories, literature, and other components. After Dark reserves the right to reject any
refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature, or
other original components are missing.

 

4. A Return Authorization (RA) Number must be obtained prior to returning the product;
to request an RA number, please email or call After Dark, and provide the

following information:

Address

Reason for Return
Date of Purchase
Unit Serial Number

 

5. Upon written receipt of the RA number, send the product to:

6. Please mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

 

7. A copy of the After Dark credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original
After Dark invoice should be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.

 

8. Products received without an RA number and the required documentation as
specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.

 

9. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the
customer via ground shipment.

 

10. You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to After Dark Warehouse. The product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or
insured; After Dark is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.

11. Returns may be subjected to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges may be nonrefundable.

12. Funds will be credited within 7-10 business days of receipt of returned product pending
qualification and subject to above criteria.
