Can I make changes to my order before it ships?Unfortunately, we can’t make changes or cancel an order after it’s been submitted. An item may only be canceled if it is on pre-order. If you would like to cancel a pre-ordered item, shoot an email to afterdarkdesigns@gmail.com with your order number and we'll handle that for you.

What Do You Charge For Your Graphic Design Services?Prices depend on many variants, but you can be sure you are getting a great value for your design project. Design jobs are charged by the hour. Typical graphic design projects are as low as £10/hr. or a flat custom fee for a small to med setup job. We also bill in 15min increments for web work. If you have small changes to a pre-existing file that takes 5 min for a quick update, we will charge the min amount of £20. Web site work starts at £100 per hour. You won’t find that with some of our competitors. We encourage prospective clients to compare After Dark Graphics with agencies producing the same level of work.

How Will I Recieve My Design Files?We will deliver your design files in whatever way suits you, although the majority of our customers make use of our FTP download links, ensuring that as soon as the artwork is ready they can download it instantly without having to wait for a disc to arrive via courier.

How does the payment schedule work?All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

Do you have free basic account work?After you create an account, you get instant access to After Dark Graphixs for free. You’ll have full use of all the features you need to manage your account. Some of the more advanced features available on the paid account holders won’t be available to you, but you can choose to upgrade at any time if you would like to have these activated. We don't require a credit card to sign up for a BASIC account, so you can use After Dark Graphixs obligation-free.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?Yes you can. One of the great things about After Dark Graphixs is that you can cancel your subscription at any time and reactivate it at a later date if you need to. In the meantime your account will simply go back to being a free BASIC account with more limited features. None of your data will be deleted. Once your subscription has been cancelled you will only be charged until the end of the current billing period.

How will you bill me?We offer both monthly and annual billing. You can pay for your plan by credit or debit card online. With all of our plans you also have the option of email/paper invoicing.

Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?Yes, we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?Currently, orders can take 1-4 business days to process before shipping. From there, shipping times are dependent upon location. Check out our shipping page for more information on when to expect your package. Note: FedEx and USPS are experiencing some transit delays. Tracking details may be slower than normal to update. Please allow for additional time for all deliveries. Thanks for bearing with us!

My order never arrived, what do I do?Oh no! We’re sorry to hear that. Our shipping carriers work independently from After Dark Graphixs, but here are a few solutions we can offer: If your package has been marked delivered and it's only been a day or two, sit tight! Sometimes the carriers scan it before it gets to you. Keep an eye out for it in the next few hours. If the tracking hasn’t been updated in an unusually long time or if it was never updated since the label was created, chances are it was lost in transit. Please send an email to afterdarkdesigngb@gmail.com so we can help you look into this. If the shipping address was a temporary location, we do not assume responsibility if the recipient is no longer at that address upon delivery within the projected shipping timeline.

Where do you ship to?We ship worldwide! Simply add items to your cart, then select your country from the drop-down menu to get a shipping price.

Do I have to pay shipping?Yes, we have to charge for shipping (although this doesn’t apply to downloadable products.) The amount of shipping we charge is dependent on the weight of the item(s) and where in the world we’re shipping to. If your order is over £15 we will provide free shipping on your order.

How is international shipping calculated?International shipping is automatically worked out on a weight, destination, speed of shipping, and per-order basis during the online check-out process. Different items have different weights so please progress through the checkout process where you will be able to see what the shipping cost will be.

Can I track my order?If you recently placed an order with us and you’re wondering where it is, you can track your order by following the steps below: Click "My Account" Click "My Order" You should then be able to see details of the order you're expecting. The "Order Status" will be listed as one of the following: Order acknowledged: This means that your order has not yet entered the dispatching process. This may be because the order has only just reached us. Dispatching soon: This means that your order has been sent to the warehouse, but has not yet been picked and despatched. If you have ordered items with different availabilities (e.g. one item is in stock, but another item is available in 4-6 weeks) for normal delivery everything will be sent to you when the entire order is ready. If you have asked for express delivery, we will part deliver items. Dispatched: This means that your order has left our warehouse, and is on its way to you.
